Whilst only a small business, obtaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification was one of the larger mid term objectives that we had.

 Having decided to commit to the process, we contacted other businesses that we knew for Management System support options in addition to online research into what providers were available, Tony was referred by a third party and genuinely, couldn’t be more pleased that he was and that we opted to use him.

 Given our knowledge and experience of the requirements and process was as close to zero as you could get, Tony helped us create a completely bespoke integrated management system in an incredibly short time and guided us through the whole process not only gaining us the certification at the first attempt but significantly improving our understanding along the way.

 Whilst I was keen to utilise someone relatively local, given our audits were undertaken during Covid lockdowns, all of the work / meetings were undertaken remotely and didn’t impact the process at all.

 We have been delighted with QHSE performance and will be using Tony in an ongoing capacity moving forward and also looking to obtain ISO 45001 in the near future.
